I hate socialized healthcare

With US President Barack Hussein Obama wanting to promote this idea of “universal” healthcare in the United States as some way to correct the way American citizens get their healthcare I’d like to share one Canadians experience with “state run” public heathcare.
1. Choice of Doctor: Under a socialized healthcare model that Cuba north *cough* Canada *cough* runs I never had the chance to choose my own doctor. Do you know what that’s like? No one gave me a choice of doctors! By the time I was born my mother had already selected Dr Rittenberg who helped birth me and I’m sad to say for the past 30 years I’ve been forced to see the doctor who was pre-selected for me. You know what happens when you’ve had the same doctor for 30 years? She gets to know you and if you call last minute for an appointment… she’ll squeeze you in.
It’s shameful.

My first website was mythgard.com back in 1998. My friends and I started a web design company called Mythgard Productions and created that site. Well, we stopped doing that and after high school, had forgotten all about it. My good family friend Kevin maintained the registration for it for a long time. He forgot to pay the renewal and we lost mythgard.com sometime around 2004?
Today, I was able to get it back finally! I have been keeping an eye on it for a long time and been waiting for the registration to expire and it finally did! So, mythgard.com now points to my blog here at tageonline.com and it is possible that I will put something else on there eventually, but for now I’m just glad that I have it back!
Moving again….

Well, I moved my site again. This time it was mainly related to e-mail that I wasn’t getting to work correctly on my home Leopard Server. Plus at $10 for a YEAR from DreamHost, I couldn’t resist.
