Back Online
Nov 29th
After hours of messing with things, my server is finally back online! I am glad that I can reload my server and be back online so quickly. Anyway, I need to go to bed, so see you all in the AM!!
The long awaited answer:

I want someone to guess what the title of this posts represents. It is something about me.
Cold Thanksgiving.
Nov 25th
So for the rest of the night on Thanksgiving, I did not have a single call! It was the best night at work in a long time. Eric, Enoch, Darrin and I just sat around chatting with each other about this and that. It was good.
My brother, Brian, was actually a pleasure to talk with this Thanksgiving. Dinner was really good too. The only bad part was when I only had an hour lunch and I was in the middle of good conversation when I had to go back to work
.
I moved my bed in my room again to allow for me to get in the closet now and also allow Kohl out of his bed without stepping on me. I also moved my computer in off of the back porch. It was just getting too damn cold out. And, until I do something to make the back porch not allow outside air in, there is nothing I can do to heat it, unless I want to practice an effort in futility.
I also downloaded World of Warcraft last night. I am not sure what everyone sees in this game. I spent about 30 minutes walking around and swinging my sword at everything and got nowhere. I don’t like role playing games usually anyway, so that id probably it. I look forward to getting a game that works on the Mac that is a first person shooter. I could probably run Doom or something in Parallels, but I am sure it would run like crap.
Well, I think that is all I am going to write for now.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Nov 23rd
Well, I am here at work, and I have taken only like 5 calls so far. The best part is, I am getting paid double time for sitting here, writing a blog post or chatting with my co-workers. I am thankful for that.
To anyone who may be checking out my website, Happy Thanksgiving! Also, if you are visiting, please register for an account and leave a comment! I am going to look for a way for people to be able to post on this site on a friends page, we will see.
Normality
Nov 18th
Well, work here at Sonic.net appears to be returning to the “normal” Sonic.net that I started working at a year ago. The call volume has finally dropped back to the normal level with sporadic increases every now and again. I am happy.
I am also looking forward to the Sonic.net X-Mas party. Last years party was great! Lots of fun and everyone got great gifts (from each other and Sonic.net). I am hoping to get a nice bonus like last year. I plan to use those funds, including the funds from the Visa gift card that I got from my Most Positive Customer Feedback award to get a new MacBook when Leopard comes out next year. I really want a machine that I can take with me without having to take a big LCD with me everywhere.
In other news, my brother Brian has shown up again and causing havok around the neighborhood. My mom is freaking out about it, and I am not sure why the hell he is even here! It is very frustrating. He is basically living in his car. Why don’t you go get a LIFE!!!
My mom wants to print this out, blow it up and put it when you come in the front door:

Isn’t she crazy?
6 Cold Hours in the Datacenter
Nov 11th
So, starting tomorrow, I am going to be working 6, 6 hour shifts at work instead of 5, 8 hour shifts. This will result in less days off, but the appearance of less time at work. We will see how this goes.
I went to IKEA with Laura and Charise on Thursday and left wanting a lot of their stuff. Laura got a good bed frame, I left wanting a futon and a dresser. I did get a new quilt cover that I think is really comfy.
I had a chance to speak with Eli about colocating my 2U in the datacenter and he said that should be fine. If they did not come up with the space soon, he may even let me colocate in his cab. That is really nice of him!
Well, that is enough of an update for now, other than it is really COLD outside recently.
Oh, here is a pic of Beth in Wisconsin that I thought was funny:
